Something's not working and you can't figure out why. I partner with you and your team to map what is happening, dig into the data, and pinpoint where things are breaking down. Together we identify people, process and technology interventions that move the needle.

You have a strategic plan, or the start of one, but it keeps stalling. I help your team turn it into real work: bite sized milestones, who owns them, and in what order they’ll be completed. I bring your team together to shape it, so they believe in it and can carry it forward. You leave with a plan that moves and delivers, not one that sits on a shelf.

I partner with you one-on-one to better understand the situation, identify what’s really in the way, and articulate your next step. You leave with more clarity, and a way forward that’s your own.
Hi, I’m Bijal!
I'm Bijal Shah, founder of Newlight Collective. I love a good puzzle, especially the human and process kind, where the pieces are all there and just need help coming together. My gift is seeing what's hard to see, building structure around the chaos, and bringing people along so the plan actually moves. I've spent 12 years doing this across healthcare and nonprofits, setting strategy, improving processes, and establishing strong foundations for professional and organizational growth.
Why a Collective?
Because the people doing this work shouldn’t have to do it alone. I believe leaders already hold a lot of the answers, and they go further when they can think alongside others who get it. In the future, Newlight will be more than one-on-one work. I have a vision to build spaces for people to come together to connect, learn, and keep finding new light together.
