Coaching with Bijal

I coach mid-career leaders grappling with one of two kinds of challenges:
1) Real Complexity. Too many priorities, too few resources, challenging interpersonal dynamics, and a team looking to you for steadiness you don’t always feel.
2) Something Quieter. A decision you keep circling, or an initiative you can’t get moving. A role that no longer fits. A change you can feel coming but can’t quite see through.
If something has you feeling stuck, it doesn’t have to be a crisis to be worth working through. I help you slow down, see it clearly, and find your own way forward.

A little about me and why I coach
I'm an executive coach with 12+ years leading strategy and operations across healthcare and nonprofits, and a former nonprofit C-suite executive. I'm working toward my ICF credential and have completed the Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance (LCOP) program at Rutgers University. In addition to being a solopreneur, I am a mother of two, so I bring both professional grounding and lived experience to our work.
I coach because I know how hard it is to make progress towards goals when you’re overwhelmed by the weight of your daily work. I’ve spent my career helping people and teams solve hard problems and see real outcomes. Over time, I noticed the part I enjoyed most wasn’t solving the problems myself. It was helping other people work through the things that were challenging them. Creating the time and space for reflection and progress. That’s why I coach.
