Consulting for healthcare and nonprofit organizations.
I partner with your team to see what’s really happening, then build a plan that gets to outcomes.
WHO I WORK WITH
I partner with health systems, health-tech startups, community health centers, and nonprofits. They bring me in when a plan has stalled, a metric is slipping, or a period of rapid change or growth needs structure. I bring my skills in process improvement, strategy and facilitation to help them move forward effectively.
WHAT I HELP WITH
-
I get to the root of what's really going on in how your systems and processes work. I map how the work actually happens across teams and dig into the data to find what’s driving the problem, so you leave with a clear picture and a prioritized set of opportunities.
What you get:
Current-state mapping of how the work really happens
Data analysis to find what's driving the problem
A prioritized set of people, process, and technology recommendations
Favorite tools & methods: Lean, human-centered design, data analytics
-
I turn strategic plans into real work that can be tracked along the way, with a rhythm to keep it moving. I bring your team together to shape it so they own it and can carry it forward. You leave with a plan that moves, not one that sits on a shelf.
What you get:
A plan broken into milestones with clear owners and sequencing
A shared way to track progress and see what's working and where pivots are needed
A team that shaped the plan and is aligned to carry it forward
Favorite tools & methods: initiative charters, driver diagrams, KPIs, OKRs, dashboards
WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
In addition to traditional project-based work, I also provide fractional/embedded support. For fractional engagements, I join your team part-time, for a set duration, in a defined leadership role. This model works well when the work needs a real owner inside the organization because there is no internal owner, but it does not justify a full-time hire.
The kinds of fractional engagement I take on:
Leading a strategic initiative or special project from start to finish
Standing up and driving strategy execution or a transformation effort
Partnering with an executive leader as a strategic chief of staff, supporting prioritization, business operations, strategy execution, and strategic initiatives
